Chief Executive Officer
Brian's career in business began at the young age of 21, after attending Cincinnati Bible College & Seminary (now Cincinnati Christian University), where he had originally intended to become a youth minister. Brian realized that he could do a lot more to contribute to his family and his faith by pursuing a career helping others become better stewards of their money. This epiphany came after experiencing his own financial challenges while trying to purchase his first home.
During this process, he very quickly realized just how much he didn't know about money and the negative impact this lack of knowledge about credit, debt, taxes, savings and income was having on not just his own life, but also on the lives of the people he cared about the most. From this point forward, he became a student of and an entrepreneur in the financial solutions industry.
Brian started his first company Quality Credit Services (QCS, Inc.) in 1991, out of his home. This company focused on Credit Restoration and Debt Settlement services and quickly grew to 13 offices throughout the United States. In 2005, after the introduction of the Federal C.R.O.A (Credit Repair Organizations Act) QCS, Inc. set a new standard, by becoming one of the only Credit Restoration companies in history to ever have a Federal District Judge (The honorable judge: Joseph M. Hood) rule that his process and contracting met the compliance requirements set forth in the C.R.O.A.. This decision was a monumental moment for QCS, Inc. that gave them legal precedence, establishing them as one of the premier credit restoration companies in the industry. At this point, Brian made the decision to introduce his services to the network marketing industry, in an effort to reach/help the masses. Over the next 6 years, his services contributed to helping tens of thousands of consumers restore their credit and eliminate their bad debts, but it wasn't enough. Brian, realized that Credit Restoration and Debt Settlement services were just a small portion of what consumers needed to succeed financially. He then took the knowledge he gained from his past experiences and formed My Financial Advantage, which is what you now see as the services provided thru MWR Financial's "Financial Edge" membership, now recognized by Jordan Goodman (America's Money Answers Man) as: "The most comprehensive financial services solution ever offered to the general public."
Brian also contributes a lot of his success in his conventional businesses to his involvement in the Network Marketing industry. Brian has built multiple organizations that consist of tens of thousands, he's been recognized as the business builder of the year, as a top money-earner, million dollar club member and has sat on the advisory board of multiple companies. However, in his own words "My success in networking has always been a direct result of the incredible people that chose to take the journey with me. Because of their commitment and willingness to better their lives, they made me look greater than I really am. My contribution was simply to provide them with an opportunity, to teach them to follow a proven system and to try to keep them from making the same mistakes I made. It was also important to understand that they didn't work for me, but instead I worked for them. Andamo has 18+ years of professional experience and has been recognized as a skillful recruiter, director, trainer, and developer of large sales organizations in the financial services and direct sales industries. His exceptional talent has seen him establish from the ground up: national distribution networks, direct and implement national training systems that maximized sales volume.
His previous experience included 17 years in the mortgage industry, which provides a diverse background which includes managing the foreclosure department of one of the largest mortgage companies in America. Starting in December of 1999 thru 2003 he ascended to the position of Corporate Executive in ICR Services, where he recruited, developed training systems and grew a network from zero to 26,536 credit restoration representative that spanned 21 states, with annual sales that surpassed 15 million dollars.
In 2003 thru 2007 he ascended to the position of Sr. Vice President of World Leadership Group where he recruited, developed training systems and grew a network from zero to 6,207 loan officers that spanned 16 states, with annual sales that surpassed 580 million dollars.
In 2007 thru 2011 he ascended to the position of Presidential Marketing Director of Financial Destinations, Inc. where he recruited, developed and implemented training systems and grew a national network from zero to 10,283 financial solutions specialists, that spanned 11 states, with annual sales that surpassed 16 million dollars.
In 2013 thru 2016 he held a position of Senior Vice President of a multi-financial product offering company where he recruited, motivated, trained and grew a network of a mix of insurance licensed and non-licensed advisors from zero to 3,847 that spanned 27 states, with annual sales that surpassed 114 million dollars.
In 2016 thru the end of 2017 he held a position of Field Vice Chairman of an insurance company named Retiring America, where he recruited, motivated, trained and grew a network of insurance licensed professionals.
Andamo has dedicated his life to helping others cultivate the winner inside and help them create a step-by-step plan for success to enable them to maximize their hidden potential. It is that burning desire to be a tangible part of the process to help people transform their lives and the real-world practical in the trenches experience, are a perfect complement to the MWR Financial management team.
Chief Operating Officer
Lecia is an experienced business woman that, along with her late husband, has owned and operated multiple John Deere Dealerships. Her passion to help others has brought her out of retirement and MWR Financial is blessed to have her as our Chief Operating Officer.
Lecia heads up the day to day operations of MWR Financial, along with the hiring and training of our incredible support staff. Her goal here at MWR Financial is not only to make sure things run smoothly, but also to make sure that every Customer and Financial Director gets the professional level of support they need to succeed.

Chief Technology Officer
Jonathan has over 25 years of professional programming and design experience, including web design and development, custom programming, SEO/SEM, automation (markets and green technology), and targeted digital marketing.
Jonathan began his career in technology in the education sector and soon thereafter helped launched numerous technology-based startups in a host of different industries. Jonathan enjoys working with his fellow MWR team members developing tools to help others realize their financial goals using the best resources available.
When time permits, Jonathan enjoys traveling with his famly, kayaking, mountain biking, and watching college hoops.

Prior to joining MWR as the Chief Marketing Officer, Sonja was a serial entrepreneur and self-taught digital brand and product architect in technology. From Jacksonville, Florida she was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of digital marketing, live production, and technology agency, ShockTheory. With clients such as Ford, American Family Insurance, Burger King, Verizon, The Grammy's and more, Sonja has over 20 years of experience in delivering results-oriented, technology-focused programs, campaigns and projects. Her success has yield numerous awards including Entrepreneur of the Year by FraserNET, The Atlanta Business League's Non-Traditional Enterprise of the Year and more.
After transitioning her award-winning agency into a digital product and publishing company, Williams sought to disrupt the technology industry with a strategic focus on helping undeserved entrepreneurs launch, grow and sustain their businesses within their community.
